Yoga, as an integral part of Hinduism, has been practiced in India for centuries as a way of freeing the mind, body & spirit. In recent years, yoga has also become popular in the west, inspiring increasing numbers of people to come and study yoga in India in traditional setting. Yoga is a way of life and not only Asanas, as opposed to popular belief. Therefore practical applications of yoga in daily life include the simple philosophies behind the techniques of yoga that help make life worth living and living better. The techniques of yoga aim at removing the cause of the physical illness if any, after that improving the mental attributes on having a calm mind (concentrated and steady) thereby realizing one’s own spiritual self and one’s purpose in life.

Objective:
The objective of the club is to provide guidance for Life Management which includes relief from health ailments, for a stress free life and for general fitness.

  1. Organizing Pranayam, asanas, Yoga by expert guru.
  2. Conducting spiritual classes
