Advantages of Work Integrated Courses for Employers:
Employers participating in work integrated learning programs find the benefits run both ways.
  1. Work integrated training (WIT) provides opportunities for youth under Learn while You Earn approach to acquire Skill, Knowledge and Attitude and award them the Certificate / Diploma / Degree in their vocation.
  2. These students apply the theory and skills they learn in actual practical conditions in the industry.
  3. For students, this experience is invaluable and plays an important role in their preparation for the work force.
  4. For employers, the experience goes beyond altruistic outcomes; the student can –and often does– add demonstrable value to workplaces in small, medium and large businesses.
