What Are the SDGs?
The 17 Sustainable Development Goals are a universal call to action adopted by all United Nations member states in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. They address the global challenges we face, including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace, and justice.
At Centurion University, the SDGs are not just aspirations — they are embedded in our curriculum, research, campus operations, and community outreach. From tribal districts in South Odisha to international partnerships in Africa, our work directly advances each of the 17 goals.
