The Center for Veterinary Clinical Complex (VCC) serves as a multidisciplinary research hub delivering mobile veterinary care, advancing diagnostic science, and fostering evidence-based treatment protocols to improve the health of rural livestock and companion animals across Odisha.
Deliver mobile veterinary care through ambulatory services, organize health camps for vaccination and treatment of livestock, and provide consultation for farmers.
Identify prevalent diseases through epidemiological studies, establish evidence-based treatment protocols, and explore novel pharmacological and surgical interventions.
Conduct pathological assessments, biochemical analyses, parasitological investigations, and microbiological research on bacterial, viral, and fungal pathogens.
Publish peer-reviewed research, secure funding for innovative diagnostics projects, and foster interdisciplinary collaboration with academia and industry partners.
Develop innovative diagnostic kits and treatment methodologies, secure patents in veterinary medicine and biotechnology, and facilitate technology transfer.
Facilitate professional development for veterinarians, students, and researchers, and engage in national and international conferences for knowledge exchange.
