Prof. Biswajit Mishra, a renowned academic administrator and an acclaimed expert in the field of environmental science and Engineering, has been serving as the Pro Vice-Chancellor, of Centurion University, since January 2023. He has more than 30 years of professional expertise in different verticals of education such as teaching, research, academic administration and Quality Assurance.
He is pioneer in steering educational instructions towards NAAC and NBA accreditation, NIRF ranking, QS Ranking etc. Owing to his skill sets in academics and research, he has served as member of Board of Studies, Academic Council and Board of Management in several institutions across the nation.
He is pioneer in implementation of industry relevant curriculum and outcome-based education. Prof. Mishra have contributed towards adoption of best practices in Science, Engineering, Management, & Allied Health, education and was instrumental in the elevation of the institution’s status.
Prof. Mishra, has attended several national & international conferences. He is a reviewer for several peer reviewed journals & books. He has also guided many M.Sc and Ph.D. scholars. An inspiring academician, Prof. Mishra has received, many honours, & contribution Award, in the field of academic & research.
