Certificate in Ward Technician

The key responsibilities of the Ward Technician are to provide the daily care of the patients, patient health, and safety. This course needs the individual to figure out together with Doctors and Nurses and different attention providers and deliver the health care services as instructed by them.

It is a certification program. Minimum educational qualification required is –10th pass or higher qualifications.

Training period is 6 months.

Key Learning Areas: –

• A certified ward technician work as GDA at different levels in health sectors.
• In this discipline students learn patient care, patient transport in wheelchairs or on movable beds around hospitals, patient record maintenance etc.
