Dr. Satyabrata Nanda has a Ph.D. in Biotechnology with a specialization in Plant Protection. His education includes B-Tech, M-Tech, and Ph.D. in Biotechnology. With more than a decade of research and teaching experience, he specializes in plant protection, IPM, and translational genomics. He is a recipient of the prestigious CAAS Postdoctoral Fellowship from Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, for his Postdoctoral Research at China National Rice Research Institute. In addition, Dr. Nanda has successfully led several grants and funded projects, including the Zhejiang Provincial Grant, the Postdoctoral Science Foundation of China grant, and the Start-up research grant from Science and Engineering Research Board, Govt. of India. He has published over 60 articles in high-impact journals. He serves as an Editorial Board Member for reputed journals like BMC Plant Biology and BMC Genomics, and Frontiers in Plant Science. Passionate about biotechnological advancements through multi-omics approaches, he continues to contribute to fields of crop protection and translational research.
