Currently serving as a Nursing Tutor, she plays a vital role in guiding and mentoring nursing students in core subjects of B. SC. Nursing. Her teaching approach emphasizes clinical accuracy, compassionate care, and evidence-based practice. Ms. Mohanty is known for her student centred teaching style , strong Interpersonal skills, and ability to simplify complex concepts. She is adept at Curriculum development, assessment planning and integrating evidence based practise into her teaching.
