Profound interest in plant-microbe interactions, particularly focusing on Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR), salinity stress, acidic stress, biocontrol agents, Trichoderma and endophytic fungi. My research aims to unravel the potential of these microorganisms to enhance plant resilience and productivity under various abiotic and biotic stresses. In my recent work, I have explored the salinity stress tolerance potential of endophytic fungi isolated from Nyctanthes arbor-tristis and Catharanthus roseus. Additionally, my studies on PGPR have revealed their significant role in promoting plant growth and enhancing stress tolerance. By investigating the synergistic effects of PGPR and Trichoderma, I have identified novel biocontrol strategies that effectively combat plant pathogens, thereby reducing the reliance on chemical pesticides. My work on acidic stress has further highlighted the importance of microbial inoculants in ameliorating soil acidity and improving plant health. Through comprehensive field trials and laboratory experiments, I have demonstrated the efficacy of these microbial agents in enhancing soil fertility and crop yield. My research contributions have been widely recognized in the scientific community, and I am committed to advancing our understanding of microbial interactions in plant systems. By leveraging the potential of PGPR, endophytic fungi and biocontrol agents, I aim to contribute to the development of innovative and eco-friendly solutions for modern agricultural challenges. I am confident that this research will pave the way for more resilient and sustainable agricultural practices, ultimately benefiting farmers and ensuring food security.
