Dept. of Botany in association with CenOmics is going to organize a ‘2 Days hands-on training on  Nanopore Sequencing & Downstream Analysis’. You will get an opportunity to understand the basics of sequencing and other details like  Sample Preparation, Sample Loading, Sequencing, Base Calling, Sequence Enrichment, Downstream Analysis (Variant Calling Analysis) & Genome viewer.
