Among these, “Sangam Designs” stands out as an exemplary case—a women-led start-up dedicated to creating employment opportunities for differently-abled women. Centurion University is committed to advancing women into more prominent leadership roles. As of 2022, the University and its social entrepreneurial initiatives have a total of around 32 high-ranking leadership positions, with 14 of them currently held by accomplished women. Additionally, as a point of pride in its efforts to empower marginalized communities, the University’s social entrepreneurial outreach has provided training to over 20 transgender individuals as forklift truck operators, facilitating their inclusion in the workforce and supporting their growth and development.
