The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is a three-year (Six Semester) full time regular course that equips students with all the required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently discharge supervisory responsibilities in the Hospitality sector. The program also involves in-depth laboratory work for students to acquire required knowledge and skill standards in the operational areas of Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and House Keeping. It also provides managerial inputs in Hotel Accountancy, Food Safety & Quality, Human Resource Management, Facility Management, Financial Management, Strategic Management, Tourism Marketing and Tourism Management. Apart from that, the course also focuses on developing personal skills of the students. An aspirant with a good personality is always preferred in the industry. The course also aims to provide the basic knowledge in hygiene, food safety & nutrition in line with international standards.
