Dr. Swetalina Mishra is an Assistant Professor in the area of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at Centurion University of Technology and Management. She is an MBA in Human Resource Management and has obtained her Doctoral degree from CUTM, Odisha in the area of Competency Mapping. She is teaching courses on Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Organization Culture and HR Analytics. Prof. Swetalina’s current areas of interest in research includes Leadership, Organizational Culture, Employee engagement, employee experience, Employee wellbeing, Positive Organizational Behaviour. Before joining CUTM, Prof. Swetalina was associated with Sri Sri University and Srusti Academy of Management, Bhubaneswar.
Professor Swetalina Mishra is an engaging & creative consultant with extensive multi-industrial experience in diversified functions including HR, Training, strategic planning, leadership development, mentoring, talent management, competency and capacity building. Over the past 15 years, she has worked in large multinational corporations. Besides working as a consultant trainer, she has been teaching in a number of premier B-Schools. She has been Instrumental in designing an on-boarding process which is structured and engaging in nature. She has actively participated in continued learning through conference and professional research and passionately worked to connect students to their courses to transform lives and contributed to the development, planning and implementation of a high-quality curriculum.
She has offered a large number of management development programs, conducted recruitment drives for many management and technical profiles, team-building programs, talent development consultancy services in leadership skills, cross-cultural management, strategic leadership & business acumen to a diverse audience including engineers, sales & marketing professionals, HR & People managers. She has conducted corporate training workshop in many corporate like NTPC, Nalco, TCS, Novo Nordisk to name a few.
